BUCHAREST (29dec22) Search warrants were executed as the result of investigations of ANDREW TATE and co-conspirators over the past 2 years. The suspects were detained for 24 hours pending further action. Possible charges include human trafficking, rape, and running a criminal enterprise. Tate and 3 other suspects were held for 24 hours Thursday, and after a hearing before a judge, that has been extended to 30 days. Asked about the now famous pizza box Tate displayed on Twitter, Romona Bolla, speaking for Romania's crime agency told AP reporters, "Funny, but no."

SWAT Team Attacks STOP COP CITY

At a hearing on December 15, 2022, Magistrate Judge Claire Jason denied bond to five of the arrestees charged with felonies.

“Each of you have been charged with domestic terrorism,” Jason said, appearing to read from a document on her screen. “Generally the information that I have on the affidavit of warrant…You did participate in actions of DTAF, Defend the Atlanta Forest, a group that’s been classified by the United States Department of Homeland Security as a domestic violent extremist group.”
