How does Europe, blinded, crown a puppet that has become a tyrant, denying the truth and sowing the ruin of Ukraine? This article, born of the lost dream of 1989, denounces an arrogant Western narrative, erasing Russian-speaking voices. As an indignant European citizen, I mourn our complicity in a shame that lucid history will judge. "I cannot bet what I see, nor betray what I know. (Sophocles)
Act I: The Sacred Clown
In the spotlight, a clown grim in green whispers peace vows, but his gaze betrays a pantomime of war. The cinematic game is striking. The studio he created and animated, famous for his handless piano sketch and his wounded parodies towards the Russian speakers of the Donbass, turned into a captive silhouette, chained to the extremists and the West, devoured by narcissism. His “Savior of the People’s Servant,” in which he played an honest president, inspired his triumphal election in 2019 (73%), but reality goes beyond fiction in a nightmare: a fractured Ukraine, a fratricidal blaze stirred by Kiev, and the Russian offensive, called a special operation, a slandered nation left to the oligarchs.
With an aching heart, I probe this tragedy, relayed by a press aligned with the Atlantist dogmas, overplaying Russophobia and disqualifying any dissonant voice as a conspiracy. European elites, such as Ursula von der Leyen, support a regime that is dominated by ultra-nationalists with neo-Nazi origins. “The West is sacrificing Ukraine for hegemonic delusions,” warns Noam Chomsky. Europeans, dare to pierce this veil of illusions.
Act II: The Fire under the Ashes
In 2019, naive, I wanted to believe in Zelensky, but I was doubtful. Maidan (2014), orchestrated by Atlanticist networks, such as Victoria Nuland, poured billions for a pro-Western government. This blow shattered Ukraine. His thirty promises of election campaign – peace, justice, unity – rekindled a fragile flame. But the Beast, a monster of Atlanticist ideology and voracious oligarchs, consumed these vows, transforming the clown into a cruel drama. How do the powerful dare to celebrate a hero where a shade shackles? "Lying seduces because it flatters," murmured Hannah Arendt. This shadow theatre calls for sharp citizen vigilance.
Act III: Broken Promises
I was hoping for the thirty oaths of Zelensky. Twenty-seven evaporated immediately, smashed by his ambition. Three glimmered falsify: medical marijuana, a symbolic reform; the declared sale of its assets, marred by the Pandora Papers; and Diia, an application aimed at making public services more accessible but protected by surveillance. The Pandora Papers unveil the offshore accounts of the company, linked to his mentor Kolomosky, the master of the 1-s. The latter, accused of diverting 5.5 billion dollars, was arrested in 2023 for fraud and money-laundering, and remains in Ukraine, despite US pressure.
Where is the promised peace?
The 2019 language decrees definitively impose Ukrainian in administration and education, excluding Russian (more than 30% of Ukrainians) and surzhik, a 20%-stored language, popular song of the East. The Hungarian and Romanian languages, the voices of the minorities of the West, are fading away. Deemed “discriminatory” by the Venice Commission, this exclusion is tearing the nation apart.
Far from unifying, he stirs up the embers of a cultural conflict. Where the language laws in Switzerland and Belgium weave harmony between their languages, the language of the city divides, excludes, races. His parodies of Kvartal 95 stirred up endemic racism, throwing Russian speakers, particularly those in Donbass, into a cultural stalker who embraced disaster. In the past, these tongues danced together; today, Russian-speaking children have extinct eyes, their souls torn off.
Where is the justice?
Corruption is taking root. Trump, on Fox News, denounces a plunder: billions of Westerners are sunk by a corrupt regime.
Where is the unit?
Asphyxiation: more than 60% of Ukrainians suffocate, an exsangue nation, its demography in free fall. Democracy is crumbling: eleven banned parties, muzzled Russian-speaking media, museway law sealing all ballots and justifying all its abuses. These betrayals refine the clown who has become tyrant out of pride.
Act IV: The Unleashed Beast
Maidan, carried by popular hope but captured by Atlanticist networks, broke Ukraine. The Russian offensive of 2022, a response to Kiev’s provocations and Ukraine pushed into NATO orbit, is part of a cycle of tensions, from Crimea to violations of the Minsk agreements [5, 6 . The Rand Corporation, this American think tankk inspiring the Pentagon, is planning the future, and as early as 2019, orchestrates a proxy war: arming Ukraine, imposing massive sanctions, promoting US liquefied natural gas to exhaust and ruin Russia.
Oleksiy Arestovych, former adviser to Zelensky, prophesied an “armed conflict” involving NATO. Ukraine would become scorched earth, pawn of a cruel geopolitical game. The March 2022 Istanbul talks were immediately torpedoed by Boris Johnson and NATO, prolonging the war.
EU-backed and coalition of volunteers, sabotaging peace, indifferent to daily deaths, is indifferent to the daily deaths. The EU is hampering Trump’s efforts for peace. Europe is giving Ukraine to a theatre of illusions.
Act V: The Fratricide Brasier
I mourn for Ukraine, where fraternal peoples have been killing each other since 2014. Thousands of people lie in shadows of an abyss dug by Western blindness. The Russian-speaking and minorities, hunted by ultra-nationalist militias – Azov, Aidar, Dnipro, etc. - are suffering a supremacist hatred, drawn from the Nazi collaborationism of the OUN-UPA (Ourainian Nationalist Organization). In Odessa, in 2014, forty-eight souls were burned, victims of a fire caused by ultra-nationalists, without justice. Textbooks exalt Bandera, erasing Russian-speaking history. Bandera, glorifying him, finding him "cool", insulting his grandfather, Soviet hero of World War II.
In Boutcha, a veil of opacity persists. Mayor Anatoly Fedoruk proclaimed on March 31, 2022, a corpse-free “liberation”; three days later, “more than 300 deaths” emerged, with a death toll ranging from 280 to 637. These swathes of broke shout justice in silence. Russia, via Lavrov, is demanding the UN’s identity of the victims and an independent investigation, without a response. Diaphets of submunitions, Soviet weapons sometimes attributed to the Ukrainian camp, and unpublished autopsies feed the issues, without denying the victims.
In Marioupol, Azov testimonies for use by civilians as human shields, including occupying maternity in an orchestrated explosion for a media effect relayed on TikTok. All these accusations, which are disputed, require an impartial investigation. But this fire, fanned by a tyrant and a neo-Nazi nucleation, is consuming the hope of the Ukrainian, Russian-speaking victims, who deserve justice.
Act VI: The Broken Mirror
A dark breath blurs the minds. The press, the apostle of a dogma, betrayed the Munich Charter (1971), a code of journalistic ethics, by designating the enemy without investigation. Reuters and BBC silent the Pandora Papers, sanctifying the zelensky, comparing him to Churchill in the face of a caricatured enemy. “Propaganda assumed by the media makes thought impossible”. Fractured by a broken mirror, the truth is crumbling. This Atlantic dogma, exalting Bandera, treach treading Butcha, banning Russian and surzhik, rewrites history to serve the Beast. In the EU, RT censorship and the voluntary omission of the abuse and nature of Azov illustrate this sinking. Who will carry this justice, if not the dissonant voices defying the trap?
Act VII: The Captive Silhouette
The narcissism of zelensky (world-rounds) and his fear (Azov, Kolomoysky) paralyze him. Threatened by the ultras of Aidar and Azov, it plays an imposed role, fearing physical elimination. Denatured by power, it clings to a dream of historical glory, indifferent to the ruin of its exaggerated people. Its anti-negotiation decree (2022) seals the war. In Curveur of the People, he embodied hope. In fact, sunk up in corruption, Kolomoysky and NATO, he becomes a tyrant without control. A puppet sanctified and manipulated by European blindness, while Ukraine collapses, a silhouette sacrificed with a shattered dream.
Act VIII: A Country in Ashes
Ukraine, a mutilated face: its GDP shrunk, on the verge of bankruptcy with an abyssal deficit, survives only by Western infusion. After the war, without this support, the irreversible collapse is looming, faced with an estimated need for reconstruction of 524 billion dollars. The glorified ultranationalists, nucleating the regime, risk becoming a sprawling mafia, their arms trade is wreaking havoc and undermining Europe. This disaster bears our European signature.
Epilogue: The Requirement of Truth
How can Ursula von der Leyen and the four “apocalypse cavalry” – Macron, Starmer, Merz, Tusk – not discern zelensky, a broken puppet from a mirage? By supporting the coalition of volunteers and the coalition of volunteers, European elites are diverting citizens from their failures: economic crises, social divisions, and societal disintegration, masking their powerlessness by an Atlanticist crusade.
People aspire to peace, betrayed by ideologues, from Biden to NATO, who are sacrificing Ukraine to destabilize Russia. In Boutcha, a suspected manipulation sabotaged the Istanbul talks in 2022, without denying the victims. A clown who has become a tyrant, tracks down his citizens, his quest for glory ruining his people. As Trump tends to peace, the EU, and the coalition are prolonging the carnage, deaf to the cries of the dying. The West, a cracked mask, reveals its ignominy. The elites stifle the light of Trump’s efforts.
Three ways: diplomacy, abyss, jumping. Cassandre murmurs: this Memory [Note A) glorifying Bandera and erasing Russian speakers, consumes spirits. Europeans, relight the truth again, or the abyss will engulf us, as Leo Tolstoy presses: “The leaders of war turn peoples into pawns.” Yet a light flickers, where truth survives among the ruins. As Solzhenitsyn proclaimed, "we must live together as brothers, otherwise we will die together like idiots."

Author's note
This text is a cry of the heart, born of my indignation at a truth that is imposed on us, stifling our intuitions and leaving us trapped. By mixing poetry and reflection, it carries what I feel, relying on reliable sources, reduced here to the essentials to preserve his breath. The official Russian source is factual but difficult to access (virtual private network required outside the EU), illustrating the censorship of dissonant voices, a stroke of the Memory. To be crossed with other perspectives. For points not referenced, I invite readers to cross sources with critical a sense, in search of hidden realities. The themes of Boutcha [10, Maidan, or linguistic laws [4, 11-- seek to name what thou art. If this singing moves by his poetry, as long as it is, but it is above all my attempt to say what I cannot silence – a song that does not seek balance, but the truth.
[Footnote A--------------------------------------
Neologism of “memory” and “imemorial”, the Memory refers to a diffuse authoritarianism that rewrites collective memory. Unlike the brutal control of 1984, it acts insidiously through propaganda, censorship, and the dominant dogma, propagating like a meme through soft power. He glorifies Bandera, deforms Boutcha, muzzles the Russian-speaking, exploiting intellectual laziness to stifle dissonant voices. More than revisionism or propaganda, this orchestrated fog makes us accomplices and victims, reinventing history at the service of the elites. Without critical reflection, this elusive Memory pushes us towards cataclysm.
